INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of your order. Please note that you may be required to pay customs fees for your order at the time of delivery. Also note that these customs fees are not collected by us and the funds are not sent to us after they are collected. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Packages may also be subject to custom clearance procedures which can cause a delay in the delivery of your order. We cannot mark a package as a "gift" on the customs form.

If any customs fees that are due upon delivery are not paid or refused by the customer, $50.00 USD will be deducted from the refund once the package is returned to us.

Returns are accepted within 14 days after you receive your order. For the order to be eligible for a refund, any style must be returned in the quantity in which it was originally ordered (for instance, if you ordered 1 dozen designer sunglasses, all 12 pieces must be returned and in their original color assortment. Or if you are returning a 6-piece unit of earrings or necklaces, all pieces per unit (6) should be returned). Returns must be shipped back within 14 days after the order was delivered.

Exchanges are only processed if any items in your order arrived faulty or defective.
